AA Surplus Sales Inc. is strictly geared towards our customers satisfaction . However, in the event that an item is not to the standards of the purchaser please email us at AAsales@aamilitarysurplus.com. Please include your invoice number in the subject line.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. Items that are returned in any condition other than that of which it was shipped will not be refunded.

Additionally, all of our products will be shipped with a red security tag with a unique serial code. This tag must be intact and attached to the product as it was received in order to receive a full refund.

A pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the overall refund. Keep records of your tracking number as we will initiate the refund upon reception of the product.

Credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refunds due. Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer’s statement. No restocking fees will apply.
