AA Surplus Sales Inc. ("AA Surplus," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through aamilitarysurplus.com and our related tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you create an account, sign up for our newsletter, send us an inquiry or make a purchase, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address and phone number. We may also ask for your age to confirm you are old enough to buy certain products.
Purchase information. When you buy from us, we collect the details of your order and your billing and shipping address. Card payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store your full card number on our servers.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may record basic technical details such as your browser type, device and pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
To answer your questions and messages.
To send newsletters or offers if you signed up for them (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To prevent fraud and keep our site secure.

We never sell your information
AA Surplus Sales Inc. will never sell your personal information, including your address, payment information or email address. We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business (for example payment processing, shipping carriers, website hosting and email), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.
Social media and TikTok
We use an internal tool to post our own product videos to social media accounts that AA Surplus owns, including TikTok. When we connect one of our own TikTok accounts to this tool, it receives that account's basic profile information (account ID, display name and profile picture) so we can see which account is connected. Videos are posted only after our team reviews and approves them. The tool does not collect or store information about other TikTok users, and we do not use it to access anyone else's account. A connected account can be disconnected at any time from TikTok's settings (Security and permissions > Apps and services).
If you interact with us on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or other social platforms, those platforms' own privacy policies also apply.
Your choices
You may opt out of future emails or other contact from us at any time. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at aasales@aamilitarysurplus.com and we will respond promptly.
Data security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit who can access it.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
