Please read these terms carefully before using this website. By accessing or using aamilitarysurplus.com, or buying from us, you agree to these terms. We may change them at any time at our sole discretion, so please review them regularly. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders and shipping

  • We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping, except bulky items. If an order receives free shipping at checkout but contains a bulky item, we may cancel the order and email you the reason.

  • Prices, product availability and descriptions may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or was listed in error.

Products

Our products are genuine military surplus and are sold as is. AA Surplus Sales Inc., its officers, owners, partners and third-party partners are not responsible or liable for any damages related to the products or their use. Where the law requires a minimum age for a product, you confirm you meet it.

Returns and refunds

  • Email aasales@aamilitarysurplus.com with your invoice number in the subject line.

  • Returns must be started within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped, with the red security tag (unique serial code) intact and attached. Items returned in any other condition, or without the tag, will not be refunded.

  • We provide a prepaid return label; its cost is deducted from your refund. Keep your tracking number. We start the refund when we receive the item.

  • Credit card processing fees are deducted from refunds. Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on your statement. There are no restocking fees.

Use of the website

The website is provided free of charge for your convenience. We do not guarantee that its information is accurate, current or free of technical or typographical errors, or that access will be uninterrupted or free of errors, viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AA Surplus Sales Inc. and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising from the use of or inability to use this website or its content, even if we were told such damages were possible. If your use of the site results in the need to service, repair or correct equipment or data, you assume those costs to the extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; there, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law permits.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AA Surplus Sales Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and third-party information providers from all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your violation of these terms.

Our social media tools

We use internal tools to publish our own product videos to social media accounts we own, such as TikTok. These tools are for AA Surplus Sales Inc.'s own use and are not offered to the public. Use of TikTok and other platforms is also governed by those platforms' own terms.
