The SIRK™ Gen 2 (Supplemental IFAK Resupply Kit) by North American Rescue is the military-standard vacuum-sealed trauma kit designed to address the three leading causes of preventable combat death: extremity hemorrhage, airway obstruction, and tension pneumothorax. Everything a medic or operator needs to resupply a depleted IFAK or stage a complete second kit — compressed into a clear, BDU-pocket-sized package.
The Gen 2 is a significant upgrade over the original SIRK. It doubles the tourniquet count to two C-A-T® Gen 7s, upgrades to a HyFin® Vent Chest Seal Twin Pack for bilateral pneumothorax treatment, and adds a Fox Eyeshield with garter, Model 7 rescue hook, mini duct tape, permanent marker, and a combat casualty card. The clear vacuum-sealed packaging lets you visually confirm contents without opening the kit, keeping everything sterile and protected until the moment it's needed.
